Professor Roger Bernhardt, described as "one of the nation's premiere real estate scholars, died on Saturday, December 7th at age 85. Bernhardt was an ACMA Fellow for 15 years, from 2002 through 2016; a regular speaker at the College's programs; and prolific writer. At the time of his death, he was Emeritus Professor of Real Estate Law at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Professor Dale Whitman, whose ACMA membership coincided with that of Bernhardt, described his friend and colleague as "a great man, a kind and loving human."
