In the newest ACMA Community Blog post, ACMA Fellow Norma J. Williams provides an update on California legislative initiatives that are impacting commercial real estate law throughout 2019.
The synopsis by Williams on these developments addresses eight specific new laws, including eviction notice/response to summons periods; extension of building permit periods; changes to Civil Code Section 1542; expanded requirements for defibrillators; and energy use disclosures.
